Paediatric Occupational Therapy & Sensory Support

TO‑OT Children’s Therapy Ltd provides paediatric occupational therapy and sensory integration support for children and young people across Houghton‑le‑Spring, Sunderland, County Durham, South Tyneside, Washington and Newcastle.

We specialise in sensory processing assessment, OT assessment, functional skills development, regulation and emotional support, and therapy‑led learning for children who struggle in mainstream environments. Our work supports participation at home, in school and in residential settings, with clear, evidence‑based intervention plans.

We offer structured therapy programmes, parent and carer coaching, multi‑agency collaboration and detailed clinical reporting, including support for EHCPs, Section 19 provision, and children with complex sensory and neurodevelopmental needs.

Appointments can be delivered in home, school or residential settings, with dedicated time for each child to ensure meaningful progress.
